How do I place an order?- Click on the image of your desired product. This will take you to the product page.
- Click on the Size you wish to purchase. Size guides are uploaded with every product for your convenience.
- Click on Add to Cart
- You will get a selection box. Click on Continue Shopping if you wish to buy more products or View Cart if you wish to proceed to checkout.
- View your cart and click on Proceed to Checkout
- Enter your details, choose your payment and shipping method and click on Place Order. Your order number will appear on your screen. Your order is now confirmed…!
What are the payment options available?
We accept all major credit & debit cards, bank transfers, cash on delivery payments.
How do I choose the right size for me?
We have uploaded a size chart and 3 other sizing methods on each and every product page. We highly recommend you follow these Size Guides to get the best fitting size.
What if I have ordered a wrong size?
No problem. We can have it exchanged for you. Simply inform us within 14 days from the delivery date and we will do the rest for you.

What are the delivery charges?
The delivery fee will only be Rs.150/- island-wide.
This rate will not change according to your location or the number of items you order.
How long does it take to deliver my package?
Deliveries will usually take 1-3 working days within Colombo district and suburbs.
Between 3-5 working days outstation.
Kindly note : Deliveries are handled by third party courier services. Delivery times mentioned may vary according to the availability of stocks & scheduling of deliveries by the courier services.
How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order by sending us a request using the Service Request Form on our Returns and Exchanges page. Alternatively, you may contact us on 0773017618 (Lines are open from 9.00 AM – 5.00 PM Monday to Friday. 9.00 AM – 1.00 PM on Saturday) or email order@ziborn.lk to initiate your request.
What if I’m not happy with my purchase?
Usually all our customers are highly satisfied with our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return items according to our Return & Exchange Policy.
